Elegant Shoe Box

I have been so busy crafting that I have neglected my blog. Where I work they have these labels that come on a cardboard spool. I decided that I would bring a couple of them home to see what I could come up with. Well I came up with the most cutest little boxes...I found some little plastic shoes that Hobby Lobby had in their wedding section and painted them and decorated them and attached them to the lid of the box...I made many of them for Christmas presents and they ended up being such a big hit at work I sold several of them....So I would like to  introduce my Elegant Shoe Boxes to all of you....
I almost forgot to add that Lindys Stamp Gang is having a linky party and you could win some cool stuff so hop on over there and check it out!!

Tim Holtz Swivel Charm Swap at Life on the Scrap Beach

I know its been a while but I have been busy crafting. This is the charm/tag I made for the August Swap over at Life on the Scrap Beach. The theme was French Flea Market and the colors were pink, red, black and silver...I used five different grachics from The Graphics Fairy. One was the background, it was a french music sheet, second was a french lady and I used Mod Podge on it, I then printed out a french cafe ticket to use as a tag, I then used another french lady and glued her on the back of a Tim Holtz tag fragment then I found a french chair added a little pink pearl and punched it out with a Stampin Up scalloped punch. I had so much fun making this....I just love all the great things I can get from the Graphics Fairy! I added an Eiffel Tower, a Red Dress, a little Purse with Red Lips attached to it. Also I did not have any movie film so I used an old part of a negative.

Some have themes, others have colors, or certain embies that need to be on them but they are all very elegant and beautiful and anyone would be happy to have one of them...So I decided to join one of these swaps for this month at Pink Scrapper I have only made two tags ever! One was for my mother in law for her birthday, the other was for a dear co-worker who has decided to change jobs to be closer to home. So if any of you would like to join just click on the link above and start scrappin!!!
